I just think you should have a percentage of fat in ratio to your muscles. I don't know if you need to be in shape or overly active, but the fat mass shouldn't overwhelm your system cause huge health issues arise.

I am much more active recently. I even go to the gym 5 times a week. My friend Gage works out with me and we pretty much challenge each other and end up working much harder than we would going to the gym alone.

Yeah you don't need a goal weight, if you do goals, set it so it's like 5-10 pounds at a time. : )

Will do! When I was recovering from my eating disorder I gained WAY TOO MUCH. So I lost 40 pounds after that, my junior year of high school.

Aww well hopefully your back problems get fixed soon! That seems to be a common theme among most of my female friends actually. O.o
